Free trial
Where offered, the free trial allows customers to test Esdra for the period stated on the website or in the offer. Continued use may require activation of a paid plan once the trial ends.
Refunds
Refunds are assessed based on the plan purchased, the service term, actual use where applicable, costs already incurred and the relevant commercial agreements.
Custom services, configurations, consultancy, development, onboarding or work already delivered may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by law.
Cancellation
The customer may request cancellation in accordance with the plan or commercial agreement. Cancellation does not automatically remove payment obligations accrued before termination.
Data export and deletion
When the relationship ends, the customer must export the required data within the agreed time frame. Esdra may delete data or make it unavailable in accordance with the contract, technical backup arrangements and legal obligations.
