Support for data protection rights
Where Esdra processes data on the customer’s behalf, it provides assistance within technical and contractual limits to help the customer respond to requests for access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection or restriction.
International transfers
Huberway LLC is a US company. When personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, Huberway LLC applies the safeguards required by applicable law, including, where necessary, the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses and appropriate supplementary measures.
Customer responsibilities
The customer must configure the platform consistently with its own privacy notice, legal bases, consents, internal roles, retention periods and relationships with end users.
